By accessing and using CamaraSys ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Service Description

CamaraSys is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for Chambers of Commerce to manage members, events, payments, and websites.

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• One account per chamber/organization

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
• No refunds except as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee
• Transaction fees apply to payments processed through the platform

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CamaraSys and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

CamaraSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email.
