Our Story
The Problem We Saw
Chambers of Commerce are vital institutions that connect businesses, foster economic development, and build communities. Yet many are stuck with fragmented, outdated tools that make their important work harder than it needs to be.
We saw chamber staff juggling multiple disconnected systems—one for their website, another for email marketing, spreadsheets for member tracking, and yet another for event registration. Each system required separate logins, manual data entry, and constant reconciliation.
The Solution We Built
CamaraSys was born from a simple idea: chambers deserve a purpose-built platform that understands their unique workflows and brings everything together in one place.
Working closely with real chambers—including our first implementation partner, the Cámara de Comercio de Bélgica y Luxemburgo en España (CCBLE)—we built a platform that reflects how chambers actually work. From event registration forms to member management, every feature was designed with chamber operations in mind.
